Return items that have been worn, damaged or altered from their original state will not be exchanged or refunded, and will be returned to the customer.
We regret that we are unable to refund original shipping and handling costs, unless the item was faulty or not as ordered. We do not refund postage on change of mind returns or if you have Misread the Description of the Product. We will only offer to cover postage cost's if the order was not completed to the specification on the order placed, Or if their was a Issue with the Garment it self.
Please return the item/items to us in their original condition within 14 days of receiving your order, along with your receipt or order number you would have received by email.
If the garment/Product has been declared as worn, used or tampered with in any way we will not accept it and it will be returned to you if you have already sent it to us.
We would recommend using a traceable method such as registered or express post. It is your responsibility to ensure goods arrive safely to our return address.
You can choose between a refund or an exchange when goods are classified as faulty.
Goods are determined through assessment if they Have been wrongly described, or are different from a sample shown to you, or do not do what they are supposed to.
