Refunds, Exchanges and Returns

All Refunds, Exchanges and Returns must be submitted to us 1-3 Days Prior to the Swap over or Refund.

Once you have sent your Request through one of our Team Members will contact you in regards to obtaining the new Item/Items Via Aus Post or Local Pick up.
